Sales Executive Job Description - 1. Managing a customer through the entire sales process, right from initial enquiry to delivery and after sales 2. Provide delightful experience to customers during entire customer journey 5. Adhere to quality of sales standards and guidelines 6. Capture complete and accurate customer details in RM application, Salez Trac, with next follow- up appointment 9. Ensure all customer queries are answered in detail, accurately and patiently 10. Ensure demonstration and Test drive for all enquiries 11. Ensure complete documentation highlighting timelines and transparent communication of deal and document related aspect 12. Ensure delightful and timely delivery as per commitment. Never make verbal commitment 13. Strive to achieve sales targets VAS target as assigned by Sr.RM 14. Be honest courteous and empathetic to customer’s needs, requests and grievances 15. Take extra care of comfort when customer is accompanied by family or children 16. Always provide a solution or guide the customer to the appropriate person in case of specific request 17. Educate customers at every stage and ensure every transaction recorded is available in writing

Service Advisor Job Description - 1) Receiving a customer by wishing and welcoming by name. Verify the phone number and address of customer so as to communicate any amendments in job. 2) Receiving the vehicle. Listen to the customers service/ repair requirements. Open the job card. 3) Diagnosis & instructions to workshop. If necessary take a road test. 4) Estimation of time & cost. Calculate estimated costs for the repairs, manpower & equipment availability. And also estimate date & time of vehicle delivery. 5) Explanation of the job, cost & delivery time to the customer. Give final estimation of bill, delivery time & date. 6) Informing job, time & cost amendments if necessary. 7) Preparation of vehicle by monitoring the job status, checking the service quality, washing quality as per the specifications/standards. 8) Explanation of the work done and charges to the customer. 9) Daily PSF compliant attending. 10) As per SQS reports maintain and submit to CCM or WM.
